Purpose in life is to be the best mama to her daughter Mia, and dedicate all that she is to individuals, organizations, and causes she believes in. Before establishing Hella Good Deeds in 2024, Bety advocated for and celebrated the Midwest AANHPI community through her pro bono

work as Café Cà Phê's Director of Community Outreach, while serving as KCMO Mayor Quinton Lucas's Political Director and Campaign Manager. 

Prior to community-driven work, Bety received her BFA in acting at CalArts and lived in LA and NYC to pursue a career in film/tv and stage for 10+ years. She is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity Association with highlights including Pretty Little Liars, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the National Tours of Cathy Rigby is Peter Pan and Disney's The Little Mermaid.

Fun fact: She is a National Champion synchronized swimmer, and in 2017 she was cast as the Ariel double, had a show-mance with the Eric understudy/double, eventually married him, and now they have a wonderfully wild and wacky 3 year old daughter who they absolutely adore.
